FIT4MOM CENTRAL & WESTERN LOUDOUN Summer Pass AGREEMENT
This contract is made between the member and FIT4MOM Central & Western Loudoun. This pass allows you to attend unlimited classes at any FIT4MOM Central & Western Loudoun location from June 1, 2022 through August 31, 2022.

AUTHORIZATION FOR PAYMENT
I
authorize FIT4MOM Central & Western Loudoun to initiate a charge to the account entered
into Pike13 for my dues.
I have the right to stop payment on an Electronic Funds Transfer debit by notifying my bank. This, however, does not void my contract with FIT4MOM Central & Western Loudoun to fulfill my payment commitment and I am obligated to pay. A one-time fee of $275 will be withdrawn from the account on file on the day of the month when the Unlimited Summer Pass was purchased. The processing date for debit cards may vary due to banking procedures. Members are responsible for updating their credit card information online. Members may not attend class who have unpaid balances. If a membership remains unpaid it will be cancelled.
CANCELLATION POLICY
This membership is not transferable to another person or anywhere
outside the FIT4MOM Central & Western Loudoun franchise and is only subject to the Initial 10-Day Cancellation Policy (See below).
INITIAL 10-DAY CANCELLATION POLICY
You,
the buyer, may cancel this agreement at any time prior to midnight of
the tenth (10th) calendar day after signing this agreement. To cancel
this agreement, written notice must be received by FIT4MOM Central & Western Loudoun within the initial ten days. You are responsible for paying for the
classes already attended.
CREDIT/REFUNDS
There are no credits or refunds given for missed classes due to weather or personal circumstances.
HOLD POLICY
The Unlimited Summer Pass cannot be placed on hold.
PRICING/POLICY CHANGES
Pricing and policies are subject to change with advance notice.
PAYMENT FOR Unlimited Summer Pass
We
accept payment by debit cards, Visa, Discover, or MasterCard credit
cards, cash, or check (please make checks payable to, “It's Called Fitness LLC”). Payments must be received in full prior to beginning
any class. Funds that are denied for any
reason will be subject to a $10 re-processing fee.
MANAGING MEMBER ACCOUNTS
All FIT4MOM Central & Western Loudoun members and class pass clients may manage their personal accounts by visiting: http://www.cwloudoun.fit4mom.com and selecting the “My Account” tab along the menu bar. This will direct all clients to our Pike13 client account management system. Clients may also access this site by visiting https://fit4mom-cwloudoun.pike13.com directly. All FIT4MOM Central & Western Loudoun members and class pass clients must have their Liability Release waiver signed online via their Front Desk account prior to participating in any of our programs.
STROLLER POLICY
Children must remain in their stroller throughout in person stroller classes for their safety and the overall safety of the class.
AGREEMENT
By
purchasing this contract, you are agreeing to the terms of this
contract. Terms of this agreement may change with proper advance written
notice.
