FIT4BABY Prenatal Strength

FIT4BABY® is a prenatal fitness program for women at any stage of pregnancy, and is also appropriate for newly postpartum mothers who are returning to exercise once cleared by a physician. This program is designed to strengthen the body for all the changes it will experience during pregnancy. The class includes cardio, strength, flexibility and balance training. The workouts are scientifically-based, purposeful and accommodate a mom’s changing body. Classes are supportive and safe, following the most up-to-date ACOG guidelines, and are for any level of fitness and any stage of pregnancy. Our classes are geared to help alleviate the discomforts of pregnancy, to give you more energy, to prepare you for labor and delivery, and for your new role as MOM.
